cailjMy Uncle passed away at 4:05 this morning.
I didn't know him as well as I would have liked. (Isn't that what we always say when someone in our extended family passes away?) But this was two days after they said he was doing much better and would probably survive.
It was a jolt.
Then, my Dad told me that an old old friend of the family was about to pass away as well. That was actually struck a little harder.
A week to a month is what they're saying he has left. I might be going to Rochester in the next week or so.
